I love the lower picture. It was taken in our first days in Africa on the Indian Ocean. It is not clear who is walking away from the camera towards the Africans on the beach. But the gait, the hair and the shoulders, I am sure it was Joseph.
This week we spent time as a family on another beach - Puerto Rico. We had told the boys we would take them all there for a vacation, it is such a beautiful, amazing natural resouce.
When we got to Vieques last weekend, Daniel told me that he was more of a mountain boy, beaches were not for him. But we took him to the bioluminescent bay, and he was impressed. Then we took him to Blue Beach, and he took out his camera. Then Ray, Kyle and he went fishing from the shore, and caught many many fish. They were so gleeful, it was embarrasing. It was a happy family vacation.
The second picute looks as if there is room for another man in the surf fishing.
